GHG team members are qualified and experienced in their chosen field. While providing a safe and healthy workplace is a given, we also provide ongoing training and regular information sessions so that all staff are up-to-date on WHS, Environmental Legislation and the latest in horticulture.
Geoff Green - Managing Director
Geoff is the founder and Managing Director of GHG and his passion for the business is unrivalled. While Geoff's focus is 'new business' he remains dedicated to building and strengthening relationships, providing outstanding service and continually improving day-to-day operations at GHG.
Leigh Brain - General Manager
When it comes to Contract management and delivery - Leigh's your man. Extensive experience in programming of works and optimising efficiencies has served the likes of Sydney Water, Ventia and Spotless well. Baked by a Cert IV is WHS, Leigh is well versed in compliance and maintaining the highest levels of safety in the workplace.
Nathan Elder - Sports Turf Manager
When it comes to high-end sports turf Nathan knows what you require. Over two decades Nathan has managed the maintenance of Wakehurst, Wallacia, Castle Cove, Balgowlah and Palm Beach golf courses. On top of his Golf Course Superintendent responsibilities, Nathan fulfilled five years as a Director on the NSWGCA board.

With over 25 years of leadership experience, Kerry’s guidance and sound advice have proven invaluable. Not only has Kerry been instrumental in building a highly-engaged, cross-functional Board at GHG, his practical tips and well-founded observations continue to bolster the diversity of the organisation.
